Fall/Winter Friday Defence Clinics

Please note that the Defence Clinics (Not always every Friday) are now found on the weekly schedules :


These Friday defence clinics are only for defence players.

Dollard Hockey has decided to initiate a new weekly clinic for defencemen. It will
take place early on Friday evenings . This clinic will be run by our developers
and headed by Gaston Gingras.

These clinics will be designed to improve defencemen's skating, defence as well as
their offence. We recommend the participation of all defencemen.

The clinic will be open for players Atom through Midget. The first 2 weeks will
have a 1 hour session. For the rest of the season there will be 2 sessions of 1
hour each - 1 hour will be for Atom and Peewee and the 2nd hour for Bantam & Midget

Answer) There is no cost, the clinics are absolutely free

2) Can a player not playing defence participate?

Answer) Dollard Hockey runs free clinics for all players Atom - Midget every Sunday
morning. The defence clinic will be for players playing or wishing to play defence.
We ask that players who just want extra ice or clinics use the Sunday clinics and
allow the players who truly wish to be defenceman their clinics Friday evenings.
