Frais d'inscription:
1er et 2e enfant $150 chacun3e enfant $1254e et plus $100 chacun Des frais supplémentaires de $25 sont requis pour toute inscription après le 15 septembre 2010. Players registered last year will not be receiving their Registration Forms for the 2010-2011 Season in the mail. You are asked to register in person at the Civic Center. Both the Player and Parent must sign the Registration Form and the Code of Ethics. Dollard Hockey Code of Ethics Document. Registration Fees: 1st and 2nd child $150 each 3rd child $125 4th and more $100 each A Late Registration Fee of $25 will be applied after September 15, 2010. Players must be registered in order to participate in tryouts. Registration will also be possible at tryouts. New players must bring proof of residence (ie Bell or Hydro bill) as well as the players medicare card.
